Lead a team of data scientists in identifying, analyzing, and modeling network events impacting customer experience.
Measure the data quality for network asset data in source systems based on standards you and your team define.
Develop and deploy predictive models and data pipelines on cloud platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Field Operations and Engineering, to translate insights into actionable improvements.
Track, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of implemented solutions and their impact on customer satisfaction.
Drive data-driven strategies to enhance overall network performance and optimize customer experiences.
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year experience in a related field; or 18 years’ experience in related field.

Compensation
Compensation includes a base salary of $119,600.00 - $199,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Manager of Data Science- Network Events to lead a team of data scientists focused on enhancing customer experience at a leading telecommunications company. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing network events that impact service reliability, developing machine learning models to detect and predict and proactively prevent these events, creating data standards for our network asset data, and operationalizing insights in cloud-based applications. You will collaborate closely with Field and Engineering teams to implement solutions that improve network performance and customer experience.
