- Implement and facilitate the monthly IBP process for Pacific by initiating, preparing and conducting all review meetings and IBP data analysis with the cross-functional IBP Team.
- Drive r egular communication with Sales & Marketing to capture business changes affecting the demand plan.
- Provide monthly hindsight review to business – historical data (Net Sales, Volume & Margin), analysis & insight as inputs for future IBP planning
- Collaborate with supply chain, sales, marketing and finance to achieve sales and service objectives.
- Educate the IBP Community members to ensure a smooth and accurate demand planning implementation.
- M onitor key KPIs for ad-hoc, short- and long-term planning (CY, CY+1, CY+2) aligned with global standards.
- Support and lead the v aluation of Risks & Opportunities from IBP to Market Commitment in the official Rolling Forecast (RFC).
- Collaborate with CtC on the seasonal/fiscal demand plan at critical GTM milestones.
- Ensure the accuracy of the Demand planning forecast data by providing statistical forecasting as another viewpoint.
- Work together with GBS to manage and maintain the monthly demand plan (drumbeats) in the demand planning system (SAC)
- Maintain and improve IBP Regular reports.
- Prepare group reporting (*IBP DP tool) accurately and in a timely manner, and l ead system upgrades and enhancements together with the DP regional hub.
- Support the Sr. Manager by participating in and providing feedback regarding regional IBP process enhancement and global projects.
- Play a key role in strategic planning, forecasting, and decision-making to ensure that business goals are met by regularly using company sales, P&L, costs, margins, inventory, ASPs, and other key financial data.
- Market IBP Team: Sales, Marketing, Retail, e-Com, and Finance and their respective Management Teams
- Regional Hub: Commercial / Marketing and Demand Planning teams

- Group Finance & GBS.
- Proven track record in a similar role in Demand Planning.
- Solid analytical skills and proven methodological skills (e.g., data analysis, trend forecasting).
- Solid financial skills and experience.
- Strong organizational skills are essential to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Complete familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools , especially advanced Excel.
- A high degree of commercial and business acumen knowledge to challenge and drive consensus between Sales & Marketing.
- Exceptional interpersonal ( e.g., relationship management, facilitation, collaboration) and communication skills.
- Proven leadership and managerial skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English is a must.
- Minimum 5 years of demand planning experience within large sales organisation
- University degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or related analytical discipline.
- Preferable experience in the sport or clothing industry.
