Job Description
- Req#: R-77603
- Regular stock counting, reconciliation, report generation
- Availability analysis (Monitor Stock level reorder points & condition of supply)
- Product age analysis (Maintaining FIFO methods & others)
- Traceability of product
- Proper receiving of product and accurate dispatch
- Maintain stocks stored within the depot in safe and hygienic environment
- Usage and storage of hazardous materials and pesticides
- Ensure on time delivery
- Customers complaint resolution
- Oversee customer damage/expiry, truck shortage claim and on time settlement
- Planning of route-wise and vendor-wise daily truck plan and execution
- Load check and direct dispatch monitoring
- Damage handling and waste management
- Regular safety training and audit execution
- GWT implementation
- Participate in safety and accident prevention, environmental and site protection and disaster preparedness
- Proper documentation and reporting of information and mail correspondence
- Update VAT documentation
- Depot operation bill submission for payment
- Coordinate with 3P factory and dispatch planner
- Ensure Transit trail and control of CP items
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Organizational awareness and knowledge of business organization structure
- Agile mindset
- Sound analytical acumen
Main Purpose:
The main purpose of the role is to manage the depot operations in collaboration with 3P service provider ensuring the depot compliance in accordance with laws, policies and regulations. He/she needs to have strong command and understanding of the operational business processes and the use of IT systems to execute these processes. The core tasks would entail on-time Order Processing, Delivery Execution and Distributor Management for the Dhaka Depot, responsible for contributing to over 50% of business.
