Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, creative and production partners on in-season marketing campaign execution, including creative reviews and quality-assurance testing.
Identify new tactics to trial to drive brand sales and innovation.
Pull data analytics, as needed.
Leverage data to measure marketing effectiveness and identify opportunities for future optimization.
Own marketing calendar updates and change orders.
Track email content marketing performance, determining campaigns longevity based on marketing effectiveness and product inventory levels.
Identify site and email A/B testing opportunities, gain learnings to inform future marketing strategy.
Contribute to seasonal brand marketing campaign briefs through strategic ideation and competitive analysis.
Identify digital photography needs monthly, in collaboration with store and promotional marketing leads. Optimizing shot needs across channels in order to stay on time and on budget.
In collaboration with retail and promotional marketing leads, partner with styling to ensure marketed messages are cutting through and align with the product investments, consumer insights, and design trends.
4-7 years of marketing experience.
Organized, with a strong attention to detail.
Self-starter and leader.
Prompt and effective communicator.
Keen understanding of trends. Ability to quickly respond to macro-economic shifts and changing consumer behavior.
Creative thinker, possessing the capacity to produce innovative ideas and solutions across channels and teams, for both simple and complex challenges.

About the Role
In this role, you will help develop, implement, and optimize online brand marketing. This requires a comprehensive understanding of the target consumer and competitive retail landscape. The overall goal is to generate brand awareness within the digital space, driving web traffic, as well as customer acquisition and retention.What You'll Do
