      Job Summary

      The Digital Content Producer in the Comcast Creative Group should be equal parts creative storyteller, nimble producer, effective project manager, and social media aficionado. The ideal person for this job is dual-minded: highly creative but also efficiently coordinated and possesses the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling stories for digital platforms in a fast-paced environment. And while their focus will be on social media, we see the role as broader - supporting our digital production team holistically from end to end in a highly collaborative environment.

      Job Description

      Core Responsibilities

      • C oncept and c reate rich and engaging content in a variety of formats for use throughout our social media and digital platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Instagram Stories, and TikTok all in a fast-paced setting.

      • See the bigger picture across all available assets, crafting together sequences to deliver best in class social content.

      • Manage interdisciplinary creative teams to execute creative concepts into clear sets of deliverables in a timely fashion.

      • Proactively monitor and research industry conversations, competition, and trends to understand the landscape and to generate fresh ideas for digital storytelling.

      • Work with our data team to evaluate social media analytics to continuously improve engagement and brand reputation.

      • Other project support (trafficking materials and versions, managing timelines, scopes, and supporting various productions - both photo & video).

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree

      • 5 years relevant social media, creative and/or digital production experience.

      • Strong portfolio of digital storytelling experience with a demonstrated ability to translate complex ideas into compelling stories.

      • Ability to work effectively in both a quick-turn newsroom-like atmosphere as well as part of longer range produced projects.

      • Ability to produce effective content quickly and extremely detail oriented .

      • Deep understanding and expertise on all social and digital platforms .

      • Strong project management skills with ability to supervise multiple projects .

      • Some first-person experience with video, photography and/or or visual design preferred — shooting, editing, motion graphics, illustration, art — and/or can point to numerous projects where you worked side by side with nimble creative teams to execute quickly.

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

      • Detail-oriented, deadline driven, and able to handle a high-volume workload.
