I. Job Summary
Directs the efforts of a team in the design, development, implementation, and support of various information technology/systems applications and/or projects.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Works closely with the business owners to determine and prioritize business needs.
• Plans initiatives and projects, establishes priorities and monitors progress.
• Leads as a functional expert.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams for innovating, identifying opportunities, implementing and maintaining digital solutions.
• Leads a team of high performing Digital teams. Establishes and communicates common goal and direction for the team.
• Reports progress on digital initiatives.
• Coordinates and oversees career development and performance management.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
• Estimates and manages budget.
• Builds relationships with external partners for collectively delivering outcomes.
• Develops and maintains a strong understanding of the WM values.

III. Supervisory Responsibilities
The highest level of supervisory skills required in this job is management of supervisory employees. This includes:

• Direct supervision of full-time employees including team leads and individual contributors.
