In this role, you'll:
Work with our Digital Literacy and Enablement team within the People Planning and Capability branch of NSW TrainLink managing and overseeing the development and delivery of innovative digital literacy programs.
This role will see you managing both the Digital Literacy and Enablement Lead and the Digital Literacy and Enablement Trainer, ensuring the successful delivery of digital literacy initiatives and leading NSW TrainLink into a digitised future for training and assessment.
You will drive new and innovative ways of training and learning development, leveraging technology to ensure the workforce is well-equipped to meet current and future demands.
This will include overseeing the design, development, and delivery of digital literacy programs and initiatives and the project management of multiple projects simultaneously.

About you
Your strong program development, team management, stakeholder collaboration, strategic planning and continuous improvement experience will see you excel and ensure alignment with organisational goals and promote digital best practices.
Your recognised for being a proactive leader who leads by example, who uses feedback and data to enhance training programs and outcomes to create continuous improvement.
As well as being innovative and a strategic thinker who can develop and implement long-term strategic solutions, you are an excellent communicator and proactive learner across emerging digital trends and technologies.
This is a role that is crucial in taking NSW TrainLink into the future of training and assessment, ensuring the workforce is equipped with the necessary digital skills and competencies to leverage technology effectively and improve overall performance.
This is an Award RC7 Permanent Full-Time role based in Sydney, with consideration for Regional based candidates, with flexibility through our cutting-edge hybrid working model!
