      This position can be remote anywhere in the US with the ideal candidate located on the Western half of the US!

      Purpose of Role

      Identify strategies and deliver paid media opportunities that brings brand consistency, increases relevance, and improves purchase intent.

      Key Accountabilities Include

      • Ensures the development and activation of digital media plans to deliver on the marketing campaigns’ goals and KPIs.
        • Drives performance insights so internal teams can apply media research, data, and analytics.
        • Drives the development and execution of paid media asset creation.
        • Drives best practices that support a center of excellence for paid media.
        • Attracts, engages, and develops team members within the department.

      Primary Responsibilities Include

      • Drives media related planning and process.
        • Drives strategic planning of paid media creative/assets which ensure the optimal customer journey and channel mix.
        • Analyzes and interprets meaning analytics and translates into actionable insights for all paid media tactics.
        • Leads digital investment strategic planning and scope of work negotiations to ensure on budget performance.

        • Digital Media Management: Synthesize all components of a digital marketing campaign across platforms.
        • Marketing Strategy Development: Select a course of action to achieve marketing goals.
        • Paid Social Media: Use social media channel paid activation to reach and engage customers, promoting the brand and various product or sales messages.
        • Project Management (Account Services): Plan, organize, and manage tasks and resources to bring about successful completion of a specific project.

      Qualifications
      Ideal

      • Paid digital strategic planning and activation expertise across brand and performance media.
        • Advanced with media analytics, data storytelling, and KPI evaluation/setting.
        • Experience in creative strategy and media collaboration for asset creation and management.
        • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency: Working knowledge of Excel (pivot, v-lookups, etc.) and PowerPoint.

      Preferred

      • 5+ years of paid media experience
        • Experience at a paid media agency across multiple accounts and client industries
        • Experience with Google Analytics or cloud-based project management tools
        • Experience with a top consumer brand
