      Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

      This role supports the back-end operations of the eCommerce business across SEA countries in the areas of Fulfilment, Order Management and Customer Service for the Marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee and Tokopedia wherever present in SEA.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Work with backend operations for maintenance of eSIS health and order fulfilment
      • Review weekly; SLAs and KPIs with the relevant vendors and marketplaces and perform necessary action to resolve the issues.
      • Monitor order flow and successful delivery of orders for pre & post campaign and non-campaign periods;"
      • Assist with the creation and maintenance of system and processes documentation as well as with the training of relevant team members (i.e., onboarding, product exclusives, commercial dialogue, customer service);
      • Advise and collaborate with local stakeholder of best practices for Marketplace Operations.
      • Create relevant dashboards to improve marketplace practices in SEA."
      • Drive Learning and Development initiatives together with Commercial dialogue across the region, establishing a framework together with global and with the vendor to drive sales through our CS team
      • Be the point of contact and decision maker for vendor with the complaints escalation lead, local offices and retailers when standard and standard exception process have not been successful in resolving the issue, technically or otherwise;
      • Manage projects from conception to implementation or participate in special projects as assigned;
      • Be the SPOC for market place consumer escalations and work closely with country eCommerce teams to resolve the same

      Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Abilities :

      • This role requires an individual who is a strategic and analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic, and a detail and results oriented approach.
      • An individual with a backend background (IT/Supply Chain/Operations) or who has worked with most relevant Marketplaces in SEA will be a key to success for this role

      Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

      • Education: Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Sports Science, or other related degree
      • Experience working in a multi-cultural / international environment.
      • Minimum of 5 years working experience in a marketplace environment,
      • Able to work collaboratively with excellent time management skills and strong sense of urgency.
      • Adept in building and maintaining relationships in a matrix organization
      • Experience of working with or for marketplace enablers
      • IT skills: Outlook and Word: Intermediate; Excel and PowerPoint: Advanced; Photoshop or InDesign experience
