What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute strategy for the Education and Specialty team, increasing sales and generating new opportunities
- Grow revenue within designated channels as directed by senior management
- Serve as a liaison between corporate offices, rep agencies, customers, and consumers
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align strategies for defined accounts
- Manage and lead direct reports to achieve sales objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree required
- 8-10 years of prior industry experience, with a strong preference for Education channel experience
- Minimum of 3 years managing outside Representatives in a results-driven culture
- Proven track record of excellence in sales activity and managing sales teams
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with strategic planning, budgeting (including P&L), and expense management
- Demonstrated selling and persuasion skills, with knowledge of competitors’ products and services
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with remote team members
