  	The Engineering manages support production to improve product quality, optimize the process flow and parameter to improve production efficiency; to reduce machine break down and shorten SMED time; As plant representative, is in charge of the coordination between plant and program team, also attend the new program development of phase 4,5,6 and industrialization preparation.
  	Responsibilities & Activities Outline the key areas of responsibility for this position, including the related activities and eventual authorities
  	By respecting the budget, timing, quality and product specification: Participate all the phase of project development with machine design expert status, integrate all the finishing operation constraint and know-how for: product & component design, process & finishing machine quotation. Cooperate with Industrial Manager; from technical side, pilot and manage the supplier for finishing machine design & manufacturing, ensure the set-up methodology and plant technician training in order to get a robust fuel tank production Participate the development of new finishing machine supplier Coaching and arrange the preparation of working instruction and abnormal situation countermeasure. Support production/maintenance team to analyze the complex problem on the machine and assure the machine work in normal situation. In charge of the production team training about working instruction, technical specification and machine turning. Industrialization preparation coordination between program and plant, participate in the program development gate review. Optimization of process flow and parameter. prepare the machine improvement specification and technical communication with supplier. Make the department employee training planning and treat the internal affair of engineering department. Managing the plant layout and building extension activity. Participate in quality/safety problem cause analysis and corrective action. Attend the preparation of CAPEX budget Coordinate with logistic/purchasing department and arrange the internal package design and validation of supplier components package Authorized to stop the line to meet customer requirements

  PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
  Personal Background Mastery of mechanical & machine design Mastery of CAD software( UG or Solidworks(preferred) or Catia, Autocad) Machine design Knowledge Basic automatism and heating transfer knowledge Bachelor in Mechanical engineering or Mechanical Design 7 – 10 years relevant experience Job Technical skills Technical background in Mechanical and / or automation Mastery of CAD software( UG or CATIA, AutoCAD) Have a good experience in New Product development. Good knowledge for mold design, manufacturing and treatment Must Understood the LOTO concept, and its application: Method, devices, and instructions used to lockout and tagout Good knowledge for the plastic material Mastery of pneumatic and hydraulic Knowledge Good automatic, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge Good material Knowledge Job Soft skills Knowledge of production flow management and workshop layout Respect the cost / quality / delivery time Competence for formalizing and transferring the know-how Good communication capacity with project core team, domestic or foreign supplier, plant and INERGY engineer in worldwide Company competencies – please refer to « PO Behavioral Competencies” (can be found on Topnet) to see the competencies needed to join our organization.
