      Purpose
      The Manager, Enterprise Growth Marketing, Media is responsible for contributing to the Digital Marketing team’s success by leveraging multiple digital channels and buying platform capabilities. The incumbent will be responsible for the development and execution of holistic paid media programs, including programmatic display, social, affiliates and search to drive unit sales, revenue and growth. This role is ideal for someone who views experiences holistically through a customer-centric lens, is data-driven and digitally savvy, loves balancing multiple stakeholders, and can switch quickly from strategic thinking to tactical execution to drive exceptional business results.

      Accountabilities
      1. Be the Paid Media Champion
      • Be the Paid Media subject matter expert with well-rounded knowledge across all digital channels, , specifically programmatic display.
      • Tie paid acquisition efforts into overall holistic omni-channel strategy
      • Stay up to date with digital advertising industry, best practices and capabilities
      • Make recommendations on new ideas and testing opportunities
      • Identify trends, training and coaching opportunities for the team to improve their digital buying skills

      2. Campaign Management
      • Lead the development of Paid Media Acquisition strategy across all digital channels (Affiliates, Search, Social and programmatic display) to drive unit sales
      • Contribute to overall squad efforts to achieve forecasted sales and revenue goals
      • Execute paid media strategy in platform, track budgets and optimize for performance
      • Manage ad copy creation and ad approvals across all channels

      3. Collaboration

      • Partner with SEO specialist, customer journey managers, content specialists and ecommerce team to improve page relevancy, page content, customer experience, and digital sales performance
      • Work with business line partners and squad team members to achieve business objectives
      • Partner with Analytics team to develop dashboard and verify data

      Skills
      • Solid understanding of performance marketing channels, technology and analytics that is also current with an ever-changing digital landscape.
      • Strong interpersonal/communication skills and high level of strategic thinking.
      • Superior writing, research, presentation and project management skills.
      • Ability to manage, collaborate and/or influence cross-functional groups, team members and senior stakeholders, both based within Canada as well as outside of the market.
      • Broad understanding of and passion for the sports and fashion/entertainment industry not required but an asset.

      Education and Platform Experience

      • College Diploma or University Degree in a relevant field.
      • 5-8 years’ industry and / or relevant work experience
      • Experience with digital marketing platforms such as:
      o Google Display & Video 360 (DV360)
      o Google Campaign Manager 360 (DCM)
      o Amazon Ads
      o Facebook Ads Manager
      o Pinterest Ads Manager
      o Google Ads Manager
      o Search Ads 360
      o Adobe Analytics
      o Google Analytics
      o Google Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio)
      o Microsoft Power BI
      • English Language is must and French proficiency is an asset.
