What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement and optimize strategies to maximize revenue growth
- Ensure direct reports provide timely and accurate technical leadership in the sales process
- Coach team members to maximize performance and prepare them for future roles
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership on strategies to win new and maintain customers
- Communicate complex solutions to C-level executives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in Enterprise Sales Engineering as a Manager or Senior/Lead Sales Engineer for a SaaS platform
- Proven experience collaborating with Sales Directors to drive successful sales outcomes
- Extensive knowledge of Databases, Replication, Cloud Warehouses, and APIs
- Proven ability to lead a team of technically-minded direct reports
- Ability to travel up to 40%
