      SALARY: $60,000 - $65,000, bonus eligible

      SHIFT: Variable

      LOCATION: Four Peaks Brewing Company - Tempe, AZ

      ROLE SUMMARY:
      The Manager, Events will work to plan and execute brand activation and hospitality programs for a variety of pub events. He/she will collaborate with clients, department leaders and field teams to establish program deliverables and objectives. He/she will collaborate closely across multiple departments to drive a dynamic and diverse events calendar. In addition, he/she will develop and maintain activation budgets and ensure program efficiency. This position requires out of the box thinking, creative input, and teamwork to drive short-term execution, but also strategic vision and long-term planning.

      JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

      • Support the growth and development efforts of new pub business opportunities through research and information gathering.

      • Manage complex and overlapping events calendar, effectively dividing resources to deliver successful results on multiple fronts concurrently.

      • Act as a liaison between all departments to help execute meaningful and impactful brand events.

      • Execute event operations within a set budget, and under performance target guidelines.

      • Coordinate event setup and breakdown, act as the point person leading up to and during event.

      • Brainstorm ideas for new events and ideas for improving existing events.

      • Assist in the education of to pub employees through sampling and trainings.

      • Perform administrative duties as required such as tracking reports, promotional recaps, expense reports, etc.

      • Ensure program components are implemented with flawless execution.

      • Assist with post-event measurement reports.

      JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required.

      • 2+ years of experience in event marketing or related experience.

      • Thorough knowledge of company products and industry best practices.

      • Ability to deal with difficult stakeholders when necessary.

      • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize successfully.

      • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, customers, and third-party partners.

      • Excellent project management skills including the ability to manage internal and external deliverables in a timely manner.

      • Experience setting up contracts and partnerships with media agencies, vendors, artists, etc.

      • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

      • Team leadership abilities – able to effectively delegate and utilize teams to execute all complex moving parts of each unique event.
