Job Description
- Req#: WD2157360
- Oversees all general predictive and preventative maintenance of overall building (Plumbing, Electrical, Structural, etc.) for multiple facilities within the region. (Usually less than 200-mile radius)
- Directly leads technicians that conduct the hands-on maintenance at the facilities. (10 – 15 Direct Reports)
- Would require approximately 50% or more travel within the region.
- Leads, motivates, and develops technicians
- Works directly with Store Managers on their facility services needs
- Leads daily calls with technicians and holds them accountable
- Oversees budget
- Manages and evaluate workload
- Ensure tickets are being escalated properly
- Works directly with different vendors and contractors if needed
- Reporting and analytics
- Recruiting and hiring of technicians
- General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance Experience – 3-5 years would be optimal
- Electrical, plumbing, and or mechanical experience
- Leadership skills – Able to lead, motivate, and develop others
- Communication/Interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills – Route cause and breakdown analysis experience
- Customer service
- EPA Universal Certification
- PMP Certification
- Lean Six Sigma
- Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report

In this role, you'll lead a team of dedicated technicians, ensuring our buildings operate efficiently and sustainably while providing a safe and comfortable environment for our associates and customers.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
