What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and provide direction to the implementation team on installation and training programs
- Coordinate customer training, validation assistance, and on-site clinical in-servicing
- Establish, track, and deliver Key Performance Measures for new product installations and customer satisfaction
- Monitor customer comments and work with the team to improve training
- Quickly resolve customer complaints and answer inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or equivalent relevant experience
- 6+ years of experience in the in-vitro diagnostics industry in technical support roles
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Computer proficiency at an intermediate level (Excel, Word)

- Ability to work additional hours outside the normal work shift as needed
