What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to evaluate program effectiveness
- Provide financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Collaborate with budget owners to review financial performance
- Manage the annual budget process and financial forecasting
- Develop analytical reports and assist in enhancing process improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 8+ years of accounting or financial planning experience
- 5+ years of management experience
- Experience managing staff through teamwork, delegation, training, and coaching
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent education and experience
- Healthcare or health insurance industry experience
- Preferred upon hire: Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
