Lead and manage the Shared Services financial operations team, ensuring smooth execution of AP, AR, and Shine Retail functions.
Oversee the full lifecycle of vendor payments, expense reports, purchase requisitions, and accounts reconciliation.
Manage monthly AP closing processes, including accrual entries, vendor statement reconciliation, and annual 1099 preparation.
Maintain accurate AR records, monitor aging balances, and support client billing, collections, and contract reporting.
Provide detailed reporting for government contracts and Shine Products, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Support system implementation and process improvements, recommending and executing enhancements to financial systems and workflows.
Serve as the primary liaison with third-party vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and build solutions.
Provide financial systems training and support to users across the organization.
Lead and develop a team of two full-time employees, plus temporary staff as needed—providing coaching, guidance, and performance management.
Associate’s degree (preferably in Accounting) or 3–5 years of related experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting.
Experience managing financial operations in a multi-site, multi-contract environment.
Familiarity with invoice allocation principles and vendor maintenance.
Management experience preferred, with demonstrated success in leading and developing others.
Strong proficiency in financial systems such as AvidXchange, Certify, Emburse, Netsuite, and Google Suite.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify solutions and drive change.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
