- 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or FP&A
- Strong analysis skills and financial reporting skills
- Experience with month-end and quarter-end closing processes
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrate a strong growth mindset with proven ability to adapt to changing priorities, learn new skills quickly, and develop capabilities in team members.

Position Summary
The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will primarily focus on financial reporting and analysis while providing support for planning processes. This role requires strong analytical skills to transform financial data into actionable insights, maintain reporting integrity, and support business decision-making.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$54,300.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
