      The Financial Systems Manager role provides a unique opportunity to support ILM's global financial operations and partner with Lucasfilm and Disney teams to drive systematic efficiency across the Company's systems. You will be responsible for managing team resources, owning the Company's Oracle Cloud product, and supporting related interfaces and processes. You will work both independently and closely with our global finance teams and partners to address system needs, and to develop and push new opportunities for efficiencies, and to ensure compliance with Company policies.This role is considered Hybrid, which means the employee will work 2-3 days onsite at a Company designated location and occasionally from home.What You'll DoTake ownership of Oracle Cloud and its related integrations as a product, ensuring the system supports the processes, people and other systems across ILM.Manage a team of resources, including internal employees, contractors, and support vendors.Ensure systems meet the highest standard best practices for security, reliance, and efficiency.Collaborate with various teams to come up with system and process based solutions.Partner with Accounting, Financial Planning, Production Finance and Disney teams toAssist in the completion of audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations of system controls.Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analyses as needed, contributing to the overall success of the finance team.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls, proactively identifying areas for improvement.What We're Looking For7+ years of experience managing ERP systems and related integrations, preferably with a focus on Oracle Cloud Financials and Oracle Cloud Integration (OIC).Proven experience working closely with Accounting and Finance teams, with a strong understanding of financial processes (e.g., procure-to-pay, fusion accounting hub, project accounting, multi-currency and multi-ledger general ledgers).Experience managing a cross-functional team including internal staff, contractors, and external vendors.Exposure to OTBI and BI reporting frameworks and OIC and common integration methods (REST, SOAP, file-based, etc.).Strong documentation and communication skills, especially in change management and user enablement.Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, balance operational support with long-term initiatives, and work across diverse stakeholders including IT, finance, production, and corporate teams (e.g., Disney).Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or technical certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud certifications, PMP) a plus.The Financial Systems Manager role provides a unique opportunity to support ILM's global financial operations and partner with Lucasfilm and Disney teams to drive systematic efficiency across the Company's systems. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
