      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain a suite of standard financial analysis tools
      - Update and communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results
      - Support with ad hoc analyses and projects
      - Manage and improve financial Power BI reports
      - Participate in multi-year financial systems working group
      - Manage revenue analyses and forecasting processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum eight years of progressively responsible finance experience, including supervisory level experience
      - Bachelor's-level degree in public administration, business, finance, economics, accounting, or a related field
      - Strong financial and analytical skills, including advanced Excel skills and financial modeling
      - Supervisory experience, including mentoring and training a diverse team
      - Experience at a global non-profit organization

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
