- Investment Analysis: Develop and manage key F&B investment consolidation to provide visibility, reporting, visualization, and analysis by strategy, initiative, spend type and product line
- Business Update: Develop and manage on-going high-level reporting on business performance (by brand, by retailer, by channel), elevating key KPIs and business nuances, manage business update slides for Divisional presentations and meetings (ie. Month end reporting pack, contributor to Business Update in Power BI)
- Distribution Analysis: Measure retailer & market performance and evolution over time, understanding the role of each to the greater business strategy
- F&B Priorities: Collaborate with and support cross functional teams to identify measurable KPI’s for divisional priorities, may contribute directly to priority performance through on-going analytics (ie. by door performance, by door product penetrations, etc.)
- Performance Analysis: Support synthesizing and consolidating performance metrics, providing takeaways and actionable insights based on facts and results to business partners
- Regularly execute ad hoc analyses supporting key strategic questions for the Division (ie. Pulling and manipulating data from Power BI, SAP feeds and Cognos)
- Develop, consistently update and reconcile templates so that data is accessible, streamlined, and easily leveraged across teams
- Support the development of presentation materials and decks for key priority work and meetings (ie. Monthly Business Review meetings, Quarterly budget cycles, 3 Year Plan (MTP), Deauville and Country Review)
- Support long-term strategic distribution related projects
- Minimum 5 years professional experience, analytic experience required
- Strong blend of analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated strength in communication and influencing skills; verbal and written with the ability to clearly & aesthetically summarize information
- Advanced Excel & data modeling skills (vlookup, index/match, pivot tables, charts etc.) and Power Point skills (expert formatting, animation, slide master formatting, embedding charts/graphs, etc.)
- Comfortability with large data sets and the ability to both synthesize and catch minor details and inconsistencies
- Basic understanding of database organization & data flow architecture
- Open to new ideas and actively builds networks to achieve goals
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, strategic thinker
- Comfortable working with ambiguity

About the Role
The Manager of Fragrance & Beauty (F&B) Strategy and Performance plays a key role in providing insights into the performance of our business, priorities & investment decisions in the F&B Division. This role is part of the Performance Management & Analysis Team which supports the Division in Internal and External data analysis, reporting and presentation, Project Management and Process Improvement, specifically focusing on Key Divisional Priorities.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $ 63,400 through $105,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other components [may/will] include additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
