- Understanding Private Equity Fund Structures
- Review of Cash Analysis & Projection files, Margin Requirements, Repos
- Understanding and reviewing Line of Credit Operations i.e. borrow/repay requests, computations of fee, interest, repayments
- Review of Funding memos and wires processing
- Understanding and review of Foreign currency requirements
- Review transactions booked for Cash, Fx, Investment outflows/inflows
- Emails / calls correspondence with client, Issues resolutions
- Team building, Daily huddle with team, resolving team’s queries
- Preferred Graduate, Masters or Chartered Accountant
- Positive attitude, team player, pro-active and ready to accept challenges.
- 8-10 yrs experience in Financial Services / Capital Markets Industry with min 3+yrs work experience in Private Equity Accounting and Cash Management
- Experience in working across country lines and operating in a global, multinational organization, ideally in a matrix structure.
- Demonstrable accomplishments relating to organizational change activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work in fast paced dynamic industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
