What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain global standardized operational accounting processes
- Partner with stakeholders to lead continuous improvement and system implementation
- Manage Accounts Payable processes across international entities
- Develop and manage Key Performance Indicators to drive process improvements
- Lead the review and processing of employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Seven or more years of experience in an Accounting position
- Five or more years of experience in a supervisory capacity required
- Excellent knowledge of Accounts Payable and demonstrated success in system improvement
- Strong background in ERP systems and multi-currency invoice processing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a high-volume corporate environment preferred
- Familiarity with Concur Expense and Concur travel applications
- Self-starter with a strong interest in broader responsibilities beyond Accounts Payable
- History of leading and managing a team for optimal performance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
