What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage a team of trainers to deliver technical training programs for Educational IT professionals, focusing on Google Workspace for Education
- Establish performance metrics and KPIs for the training team, providing feedback and coaching for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and aligned with industry standards
- Engage with internal stakeholders to align training initiatives with business objectives and customer needs
- Step in to present training sessions as needed and assist with the development of new services

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing a team in an Education or Corporate Environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and adult learning principles
- Ability to travel for training sessions and industry events as required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting and managing Google Workspace environments in K-12 and/or Higher Education
- MS or MEd in Education/Instructional Design/Ed Technology
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Monday or similar tools
- Current Google Technical certifications
- Additional experience with Microsoft EDU and other educational technology tools and platforms
