      Contract Lifecycle Management

      Contract Lifecycle Management activities are spread across the entire Business lifecycle, from demand generation to its fulfilment. Therefore it is key to focalize expertise and efforts in order to maximize efficacy towards Business objectives achievement.

      For these reasons Contract Lifecycle Management is split into two phases correlated and characterized by common competencies (allowing flexibility in the role): Bid-Contract Management and Contract Management .

      Contract Management

      Mission

      Act as formal point of contact (POC) for the Customer, managing business-related aspects of contracts, from Execution Date up to Customer acceptance and collection of deliverables. Manage claims, proceeds and post-contract amendments. Manage invoicing and payments, ensuring cash-in profile is maintained in line with expectation.

      It is split into Contract Management – Helicopters, managing contractual obligations related to Helicopters as contract deliverables, and Contract Management – Services and Spare Parts, managing contractual obligations related to Service and Spare Parts as contract deliverables.

      Contract Management – Helicopters and Contract Management – Services and Spare Parts work in strict collaboration and coordination, particularly in case of Bundle Contracts. For this specific type of contract, post-award amendments are jointly managed by the two organizations, as necessary.

      Accountabilities:

      1. Primary commercial interface with customers during contract execution
      2. Responsible for the proper internal formal distribution of all commercial agreements in full coordination with Planning, Reporting & Monitoring
      3. Responsible for effective management of Contracts, ensuring timely and accurate execution of any commercial aspect of Contract Portfolio, such as export licenses, claims, variations, warranties, provisions, guarantees.
      4. Manage the business related aspects of contracts and related deliverables as applicable (Helicopters or Service and Spare Parts) in full cooperation with the relevant PLM and/or Customer Support Management (CSM) and in coordination with all relevant LH Departments, in order to ensure the proper and timely fulfillment of the contractual obligations.
      5. Report to Contracts Department major claims and, where necessary, involve them to manage contractual critical issues.
      6. Coordinate and be responsible of all negotiations for amendment to contracts and other agreements under the direction and control of Sales Manager/Campaign Manager and supported by Bid-Contract Management when necessary.
      7. Lead Acceptance and Delivery process of any contractual deliverable, either at LH facilities or at Customer bases, as applicable, and engage all the relevant LH Departments responsible for insurance, warranty, certifying staff, transport, etc.
      8. Verify the complete fulfillment of contractual obligations and document and communicate any deficiency to the relevant stakeholder, as part of closeout process.
      9. Provide feedback to Bid-Contract Management on contractual aspects aiming to improve contractual standards of reference.
      10. Ensure proper issuance of invoices and timely claims of payment, in accordance with T&Cs and contract execution progresses and achievements.
      11. Deal with debt recovery and ensure the proper reporting of penalties and retention for the entire contract portfolio.

      In addition to the above, Contract Management – Services and Spare Parts is accountable in conjunction with AFC and Human Resources, to negotiate and assess hourly rates & financial parameters to be used to price recurring offers toward towards Italian MoD.

      Qualifications for Position :

      A. Education

      BA/BS degree (Business related field preferred)

      B. Experience

      More than 4 years of contracts experience or related business development field+ three years as CM

      C. Competencies & Attributes
