      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and pursue strategic opportunities for capturing volume ticket sales from targeted constituencies
      - Communicate with various leads to sell group and season tickets
      - Develop and maintain professional relationships with a wide variety of local, national, and international groups
      - Maintain detailed records and seating charts for all groups, including outreach tracking within Salesforce
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience in outbound and inbound sales
      - Ability to build relationships and interact with customers in a face-to-face environment
      - Strong organizational and follow-through skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
      - Basic knowledge of Google Suite products
      - Legal authorization to work in the United States

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
      - Previous box office or ticketing experience is a plus
      - Willingness to travel to league locations, approximately 2-3 weeks each season
      - Collaborative and flexible working style with the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
