      Hotel Equities, multi-award-winning hotel development, and hospitality management company, is currently searching for a remarkable Manager in Training for Springhill Suites and Element Colorado Springs, CO starting in July 2025.

      Your expertise shapes us:

      The Hotel Equities Manager in Training program is designed for recent college graduates who are interested in the hotel industry and need to learn more about the day-to-day operation of a hotel. This 6–9-month program is based on the Experiential Learning Cycle to support hands-on experience at the property level; including all areas of hotel operations and the opportunity to assist with transitions, takeovers, and new hotel openings. Upon completion of this program, management trainees are typically promoted to the role of an Operations Manager or an Assistant GM. Other responsibilities of a Management Trainee may include but are not limited to the following:

      • Participation in a Group Project to exercise Project Management skills
      • Participation as a working volunteer for Hotel Equities Annual GM and DOS Conference
      • Updating a Learning Plan to demonstrate acquired knowledge while in the program
      • Consistent engagement with Program Advisor and Hospitality Mentor to ensure program success

      Candidates Must Be:

      • A recent graduate with a 4-year bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university obtained in the last 5 years and have graduated by July 2025.
      • Must be relocatable to a city/state in our portfolio for the duration of the 6–9-month program and after.
      • A developing professional with leadership experience.
      • A United States or, a Canadian citizen or permanent resident that does not require visa sponsorship.
      • Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
      • Able to deliver exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction.\
      • Team player, professional, and leader with integrity
