Join a global team to lead day-to-day influencer execution for Hotels.com & Vrbo brands with the support of two junior colleagues, reporting to the Director of Influencer Marketing
Craft, manage and execute full-scale global influencer campaigns that support always-on marketing initiatives, objectives and critical metrics that deliver engagement, traffic and conversion
Strategize and execute launch of new geos markets with campaigns for Vrbo and Hotels.com
Manage a high-touch portfolio of talent to support Expedia Group’s Ambassador Program, highlighting cross-brand influencer initiatives for Expedia, Hotels.com and Vrbo
Provide outstanding influencer marketing counsel that supports the marketing objectives across Expedia Group brands with cross-functional colleagues as well as agency partners; shepherd work through collaborative internal stakeholder reviews.
Research, vet and engage potential influencers across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Blogs to build a robust pipeline of brand safe talent, in collaboration with the internal social media and PR teams
Oversee all aspects of the development of content creator briefs for photo/video shoots and be skilled and confident to staff events as needed
Support Events team with talent coordination and guest list input for large scale consumer and influencer events
Develop recap materials following campaign execution to measure and evaluate campaign success by channel KPIs
Provide support and knowledge to junior team members on influencer campaign tactical execution (influencer brand safety vetting, content approvals, pricing, negotiation and internal logistics)
Monitor creator landscape to inform new influencer campaign strategies
Support on the day to day account management, including the review of influencer trackers, reports, recaps, filing images, social content, call agendas, invoices, budget management, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in related field; or equivalent related professional experience
7+ years of demonstrated ability in a marketing or communications role, working with influencers at influencer marketing agency or at a brand
Strong relationships with agents and influencer talent is a must
Flexible schedule to accommodate a global company contending with multiple active time zones
Ability to lead a vision and strategy and to be hands-on to get things done
Brings robust roster of relationships with talent, celebrities and influencers alike
Experience with leading content creator costs, what factors drive pricing and how to adjust scopes of services appropriately in a negotiation
Experience with contracting and nuances of creator SOWs
Ability to think creatively and independently, as well as collaboratively
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
You are comfortable with intense working environments and tight deadlines
Experience in travel space a plus
Experience with ApireIQ a plus

Manager, Influencer Marketing
Expedia Group is looking to add an experienced Influencer Marketer to our rapidly growing Influencer Marketing team. If you are a self-starter looking for an opportunity to deliver full-funnel impact with talent on an incredible cross-brand team, this is the role for you!
Reporting directly to the Director of Influencer Marketing, this role will help oversee global influencer strategy across Expedia brands (Vrbo and Hotels.com), lead tentpole campaigns and run influencer programs for cross-functional teams, including partnerships, affiliates and global marketing.
You will provide direction and strategic counsel across Expedia Group on how to harness the power of influencers, celebrities and content creators in authentic ways to generate ‘scroll-stopping’ social moments.
This position will help guide a team of nine influencer marketers to ensure Expedia Group’s efforts stay ahead of the curve on trends in consumer behavior and internet & social media behaviors to help deliver outstanding social and influencer work.

The total cash range for this position in New York is $116,500 to $163,000. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $186,500, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
The total cash range for this position in West Hollywood is $110,500.00 to $155,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
