      The Role

      The Manager, Integrated Media – HOKA North America leads omni-channel media strategy and execution to drive brand growth and performance across the U.S. and Canada. This role is responsible for managing full-funnel, audience-first media campaigns, overseeing execution, optimization, measurement, and budget management to ensure alignment with business objectives. You will be the driving force behind our media strategies, ensuring that our campaigns resonate with our audience and deliver measurable results. Your leadership will be crucial in translating business objectives into integrated media plans that elevate the HOKA brand.

      Your Impact

      • Support the planning and execution of omni-channel integrated media strategies in North America within an audience ecosystem to drive growth for the HOKA brand.
      • Focus on HOKA US and Canada Brand Media and Performance Marketing initiatives.
      • Manage day-to-day media performance across North America for both digital and traditional channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, Programmatic Media, Paid Social, OOH, OTT/CTV, Audio, and Affiliate Marketing.
      • Collaborate closely with regional marketing teams, global brand marketing teams, and external agencies to translate business objectives into integrated media plans and ensure smooth execution.
      • Act as a primary point of contact for internal brand marketing teams and external agency partners, including Media, SEO, and Affiliate agencies.
      • Lead media planning and activation for key brand initiatives and new product launches, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely execution across all relevant channels.
      • Strategically execute influencer marketing campaigns within broader media plans, ensuring cohesive messaging and measurable impact.
      • Support HOKA membership by developing and optimizing media tactics that drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement with members across digital and traditional touchpoints.
      • Assist in planning and executing media strategies in key cities, supporting campaigns that leverage media and partnerships to enhance cultural relevance & build community.
      • Share ongoing feedback, industry best practices, and campaign insights with global and US integrated marketing partners, regional teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
      • Assist in managing the monthly and quarterly budget process by supporting accruals to actual reconciliations, monitoring channel spend to align with allocated budgets, providing channel spend recommendations based on performance data, and aiding in forecasting and reforecasting efforts on an annual/quarterly cadence.
      • Utilize internal and third-party data sources to analyze channel effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
      • Own weekly, monthly, and ad hoc channel reporting and analytics to inform both short-term tactics and longer-term strategic decisions.
      • Support the organization and execution of integrated media initiatives for HOKA owned retail.
      • Provide guidance and mentorship to Marketing Associate(s) and/or Coordinator(s).

      Who You Are

      • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree or additional certifications in media, marketing analytics, or digital strategy is a plus.
      • You have 5+ years of relevant work experience. Experience managing cross-functional campaigns and working with external media agencies is strongly preferred.
      • Strong skills in media planning, performance analysis, budget management, project coordination, trend awareness, communication, and tools proficiency.
      • Passionate about driving brand growth and performance through innovative media strategies.
      • Excellent at collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve business objectives.
      • Skilled in analyzing data to optimize media tactics and drive measurable results.
      • Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

      $105,000 - $115,000

      The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
