      Position Overview:

      This role is at the hub of Insulet’s FPA activity and will work to support the IR & Finance executive team in executing the operating plans, budget, and global IR program. The position will ensure reporting from the FP&A group is prepared timely and with precision while being informative and insightful. This position reports to the Director FP&A, Corporate.

      Responsibilities:

      • Serve as the primary business partner for the global Investor Relations function. This includes
        • Work with the function to develop annual operating plan and quarterly reforecast
        • Develop and monitor Monthly Accruals
        • Supports the IR guidance model with comparison to consensus, prior guidance, forecast, etc. + Sensitivity Analysis + Revenue Guidance Bridges + Guidance Presentation
        • Perform the Sell side estimate and model review post earnings
        • Develop and assist in the creation of messages, materials, and analysis for the investment community.
        • Supports the creation and development of materials for the company’s annual Investor Day, investor conferences and meetings.
      • Process & Design Improvement: Design and implement processes and procedures to streamline data gathering and reporting in support of Corporate FP&A activities.
      • Assist in overall monthly financial reporting
      • Special Projects: Work on specific unique projects which may call for reporting and analysis skills, including continuous improvement activities.
      • Teamwork and Training: The person in this role should work well with the various team members in the department and the broader Insulet community.
      • Perform other duties as assigned.

      Education and Experience:

      Minimum Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
      • 5+ years’ experience in global finance organizations.
      • Proven ability to learn new accounting & reporting tools.
      • Proven ability to complete tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

      Preferred Skills & Competencies:

      • Strong communication, presence, and relationship building skills, with the ability to interpret and summarize data to aid management in achieving strategic and operational goals.
      • Investor Relations experience a plus.
      • Systems savvy - experience with SAP reporting tools is a plus.
      • Excellent MS Office skills are required.
      • Able to synthesize and analyze large quantities of data to create useful information and concise analyses.
      • Able to effectively manage projects; results oriented and able to roll-up the sleeves in order to accomplish necessary tasks.
      • Able to work in a fast pace, high-growth environment.
      • Has highest standards of integrity reflected in all external and internal communications.
      • Self-motivated, high energy, respectful, honest, hard-working and loyal team.

      Physical Requirements:

      • General office environment, may sit for long periods of time.

      Additional Information:

      The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,420.00 - $149,887.50. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
