What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the CFD Team, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies
- Develop and maintain IRB Services Work Instructions for coordinated task execution
- Conduct pre-reviews of consent forms for regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with Board members and staff on consent form edits
- Assist with revising IRB Written Procedures and operational issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- 3-5 years leadership experience in an administrative service environment
- Demonstrated strong business acumen and ability to guide the team towards business goals

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Federal laws and guidelines pertaining to Human Subjects Research Protection
