      ADP is hiring a Learning Analytics Manager.

Every project is an opportunity to learn, experiment and make an impact. We’re looking for a hands-on Learning Analytics Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll blend advanced data wrangling and sharp business analysis to drive meaningful insights and solutions. This role will share ownership for scaling our learning programs focused on empowering our associates to manage client relationships. Your impact will grow as you bring these solutions to life across multiple businesses. Beyond learning programs, this role will also support a variety of analytics projects leveraging your skills in Alteryx, SQL, and Tableau.

      No two days are the same. You’ll collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders to design and implement solutions. You’ll iteratively test outputs until they hit the mark, and will continuously monitor feedback and optimize processes to ensure quality and impact.

      WHAT YOU'LL DO:

      Here's what you can expect on a typical day in the life of a Learning Analytics Manager at ADP.

      Analysis and Impact Measurement: Apply statistical techniques to analyze the impact of employee and client training programs on ADP's business. Perform ad hoc analysis and develop clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.

      Learning Program Solutions: Partner with business teams to develop and refine learning program use cases, including testing and feedback cycles.

      ROI Methodology: Utilize ROI methodology to measure the effectiveness of learning programs.

      Continuous Learning: Discover new techniques in the work of learning analytics and bring learnings back to inspire innovation and help the team overcome roadblocks.

      Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of five data analysts, including conducting performance reviews, coaching, and prioritizing work according to team goals and strategy as outlined by the Sr. Director.

      Data Wrangling: Perform data wrangling, ETL, and analysis using Alteryx.

      Tableau: Troubleshoot and optimize Tableau dashboards and data sources to ensure accuracy and performance.

      ADP Knowledge: Demonstrate knowledge of ADP's products, services, and business processes.

      Leadership and Hands-On Work: Balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on data analysis and management.

      Qualifications

      An advanced degree in I/O Psychology or Data Analytics or relevant coursework is great but not required. What’s more important is having the skills and experience to do the job. To be successful in this role, you’ll have 5 years of experience in the same or similar role.

      TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

      Bachelor's degree or above in Data Analytics, Statistics, I/O psychology or any relevant coursework.

      Strong SQL skills and experience working in cloud data environments like Databricks or AWS.

      Proven experience in Alteryx, and Tableau dashboard creation, maintenance and troubleshooting.

      Analytical mindset and curiosity for solving ambiguous problems.

      Clear communication skills, both written and verbal with a collaborative working style.

      Experience working directly with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate into analytics requirements, techniques, and solutions.
