What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the center of expertise for leave of absence administration
- Responsible for colleague management, including hiring, mentoring, coaching, performance reviews, and management
- Lead projects for implementation of new tools and process improvement
- Act as a subject matter expert for development and administration of policies and procedures
- Ensure procedural compliance for all colleague contacts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in leave of absence administration or related field
- 2 years of previous supervisory/team leadership experience
- Advanced knowledge and application of benefits and leave of absence laws and regulations
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Workday, UKG Dimensions, and Case Management systems
