What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team focused on IT Managed Services and Managed Security solutions
- Drive strategic sales initiatives and promote IT outsourcing offerings
- Engage with prospective clients at the C-level to identify business opportunities
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects to create tailored technical responses for sales proposals
- Conduct performance reviews, set clear goals, and manage team quotas
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 7 years of industry experience, including at least 2 years in IT sales or consulting
- Experience with Managed IT Service or Managed Security Services Providers
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in relevant fields
- Regular travel to customer sites is required
- Overall knowledge of IT systems and technologies including servers, storage, and security solutions

- Experience working for a Managed IT Service or Managed Security Services Provider
- Familiarity with industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
