You have at least 6 years of experience in marketing automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or an understand of Unica or related technology is preferred).
You also have 5 years of experience in customer insights and customer-based analysis, including quantitative techniques, cluster analysis, and decision trees for understanding customer and market behavior.
You have at least 2 years of experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau preferred).
You bring strong p roficiency in data segmentation, reporting within Google Analytics (GA4), predictive modeling, SQL, complex relational databases, geo-mapping software, SAS or SPSS, and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the consumer product or service industry, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Lead project-based initiatives within the Marketing data and analytics function, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and customer experience improvement.
Manage the development and implementation of data visualization dashboards, multi-touch attribution strategies, and data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
Spearhead marketing automation, campaign building, and predictive modeling to enhance customer communication plans and touchpoint optimization.
Ensure effective marketing data management, accessibility, and collection, working closely with IS and data engineering teams to deliver new use cases.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications, oversee a performance-oriented team, and support marketing analytics training.
Drive the development and implementation of key metrics and marketing KPI insights programs, providing actionable recommendations for marketing success.
Plan, manage and support the end-to-end marketing and website data analytics.

As Manager, Marketing Data and Analytics you’ll be a passionate data-oriented problem solver that can unlock insights from complex and potentially disparate datasets to improve marketing effectiveness and customer experiences.
You will be part of the Marketing Digital Engagement team , with a dotted line reporting relationship with the Senior Manager, Data and Analytics in IT. You will be responsible to lead and support teams (internal and vendors) in all aspects of marketing data (including analytics); strategy and operations , analysis, reporting, digital and campaign optimization (A/B testing), and data collection across our ecosystem. You will partner with leaders in Marketing, IT, Product management, CX/UX, and Underwriting.
In this role, you will be able to tell a story with data and grow our marketing analytics practice to build greater adoption. You will help us to create a data-driven culture turning insights into action with Tableau, Datorama, SFMC, Google Analytics, Amazon Redshift and more.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000, plus a performance bonus target of 12.5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 20%.
