- Launch outstanding campaigns and share campaign performance
- Uses data to ensure campaigns are effectively personalized to deliver the most customer and business value, and incorporates findings into future campaigns
- Manages marketing request intake, resources, marketing plans and a content calendar to gain efficiencies in process and messaging
- Thinks strategically with the customer’s experience in mind
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to lead and mentor a team that delivers strong results
- Ability to collaborate with and influence wide range of partners and team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
The Manager, Marketing Strategy is responsible for the development and delivery of best-in-class marketing campaigns and promotions which drive incremental revenue, customer engagement and loyalty program growth and engagement. They and their team will be responsible for all marketing creative briefing, leading omnichannel marketing programs from strategy through execution, measurement, and reporting, and will use data to make strategic decisions.
The Manager works with collaborators to understand the commercial strategies to support or business problems to be solved. They set effective marketing strategies, build marketing briefs and successfully complete omnichannel marketing plans using email, paid social, SMS and our owned and operated channels, including united.com, mobile app, and airport and onboard channels. The Manager will lead a team of strategists, prioritize and work with cross-functional teams including Creative, UX, Marketing Operations, Pricing and Revenue Management, Loyalty, International Marketing, Digital Products, Analytics, business collaborators and more to deliver on strategies and report on their performance.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent skills in leadership, communications and project management, and possess a strong dedication to quality. This role calls for someone who can create solutions and thrive in a constantly evolving environment.
