      Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

      As part of the Europe adidas Brand team organization, the Marketing Operations (MOPS) department drives and orchestrates the Europe Go-To-Market (GTM) Process.

      The MOPS – Sales Marketing Team is part of Europe Marketing Operations. The Sales Marketing team drives and manage key Sell-In projects within the seasonal GTM Process. Key responsibilities of team are focused on Showrooms, Sell-In Marketing Content and Digital Sell-In. The team acts as the key interface between EU Brand and EU Sales (Sales Development), as well as Global Brand and Global Sales (WHS), to secure an aligned and successful EU seasonal Sell-In approach towards the Sell-In start.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Our Showrooms are the first touchpoint with our Wholesales Accounts in every season.

      • Drive operational showroom tasks and developments, such as concept maintenance and cluster showroom projects.
      • Drive enhancements of EU Showroom Concept “PLATFORM” and definition of showroom marketing activation standards & tools in alignment with Global Sales, Global Retail and Marketing Teams, as well as on the need of Cluster Sales and Marketing Operation teams.
      • Act as a go-to-person for showroom developments and demand for Cluster teams.

      The Marketing Sell-In Content contains all key Marketing information for a successful Sell-In start.

      • Ensure a vertical understanding of EU Marketing Sell-in Content Requirements and drive an EU alignment for content standards.
      • Set and maintain an aligned tracking tool and reporting process for seasonal Sell-in Marketing deliverables/KPI's (Content requirements) in alignment with Global GTM SO Sell-in. Ensure a common understanding (EU & Global) of OTIF measurements towards Sell-In start.
      • Support the orchestration and own the distribution (Post GTM FC towards SMM) of defined Sell-In Marketing Content, including seasonal Sell-In decks, to ensure EU Cluster GTM teams are fully prepared for Sell-In start.

      The ongoing transformation from a physical into a Digital Sell-In requires industry leading Sell-In process and tools (M-3, Digital Showroom.

      Orchestration of system enhancements and bug solving with Global Product Owner

      • Act as a key market contact for Europe for content platforms (M-3) and drive EU Market standards for content and aligned processes. Ensure individual stakeholders are onboarded to the process of content generation based on the EU GTM calendar. Raise EU market demands to respective global counterparts and Product teams.
      • Support the Senior Manager Marketing Operations to act as a key "interface" between EU Brand and EU Sales to ensure an aligned Sales and Marketing understanding/ scope for Digital Sell-In (process & tools).
      • Act as EU Market Contact for M3 – Handover Mgmt & Merchboards in representing the key content for market user management & ensure to demonstrate the Europe point of contact. Drive the definition of content flow and process. Own the definition and execution of seasonal updates in user trainings for all EU teams (BU, GTM, DTC, Franchise)
      • Influence Brand and Sell-in system landscape for more simplified and streamlined content flow (M-3 to DST/ CLICK) and the respective content development (boards, images etc.).
      • Independently execute sub-projects to further harmonize the Sell-In processes and to satisfy Digital Sell-In needs.
      • Manage additional operational projects of reporting and efficiency
      • Create, in alignment with Senior Manager Marketing Operations and EU Sales Development, a proper process for seasonal Marketing Sell-In Content deliverables for Sell-In Tools.
      • Assist further developments of Global/EU Sales tools (DST, Click) through the lens of Brand Europe, for a more impactful Marketing experience with WHS accounts at Sell-In.

      Required Education, Experience & Qualifications:

      • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
      • First experiences in data tracking and reporting

      • Ability to communicate at all key stakeholders across the company (Global/ Market/ Cluster)

      Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

      • University degree in business studies/marketing/communication
      • 3+ years’ work experience in project management, marketing, or internal/external communication, in a multi-brand organization
      • Cross-functional experience, ideally within marketing and sales
      • Global mindset and ability to work cross-culturally; experience within different countries and/or different cultures
      • Good verbal and written skills in English (German or other European languages a plus)
