      JOB SUMMARY

      This position is responsible for leading and managing the daily operation of the Residential Multi-Tenant Sales department to meet and exceed budgeted sales goals.


      MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
      • Responsible for meeting and exceeding budgeted sales goals and yield targets
      • Supervise all Multi-Tenant Sales staff
      • Monitor the payroll process and ensure that all commissions are calculated properly
      • Recruit, interview, hire, train and guide Multi-Tenant Sales staff and service partners
      • Support of Multi-Tenant Sales team will consist of approximately 80% office work and 20% field work
      • Communicate with sales staff all current market offers and ensure sales staff compliance with offer use and strategy
      • Communicate and manage leads while monitoring territory assignments for all Multi-Tenant personnel
      • Handle employee relations issues, including performance appraisals, coaching, safety training, etc
      • Perform other duties as requested by leadership

      REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

      Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

      • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
      • Valid driver´s license, satisfactory driving record within Company required standards and auto insurance


      Required Education

      Bachelor´s degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience required


      Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years

      • Sales experience - 2+
      • Sales management experience - 2+
      • Telecommunications and cable industry experience preferred

      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


      Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
      Knowledge of Company products and services preferred

      WORKING CONDITIONS

      • Office environment, with occasional field support
      • Travel as required

      The base pay for this position generally is between $83,200.00 and $136,100.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.


      In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $54,000.
