      Let’s do this. Let’s change the world! CoLAB is an Amgen internal content creation team that provides the infrastructure for Amgen marketers to use vetted external creative freelancers.

      The Manager of Content Strategy & Operations resides within Amgen’s Global Commercial Capabilities (GCC) organization.

      The Manager of Content Strategy & Operations will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence of CoLAB among team members, internal sponsors, and external creative partners. They will plan, track and report defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to measure executional success, improve and enhance operational effectiveness and identify and drive efficiencies in current and future content delivery processes. They will be a significant contributor to the growth strategy and execution of CoLAB’s continued expansion, as this capability is scaled to optimize global business impact. This role will also play a key role in developing, maintaining, and communicating the internal promotional strategy for the CoLAB capability. The Content Strategy & Operations Manager will serve as primary point of collaboration within the CoLAB Team, with success achieved through close collaboration with the immediate CoLAB team and the broader Content team.

      This position reports to the Senior Manager of Content Strategy & Operations - CoLAB Team Lead.

      Responsibilities

      • In collaboration with the Senior Manager, manage day to day operations to ensure timely, accurate and exceptional delivery of assignments.
      • Establish collaborative working relationships with designers, marketers, and CoLAB Content Producers.
      • Support CoLAB project execution in collaboration with Content Producers on an ad hoc basis, including managing communication and financial processes with internal stakeholders and external partners.
      • In partnership with manager, supporting functions and business teams, identify and execute on growth opportunities that drive efficiency and operational excellence.
      • Track and report to identify and drive areas for improvement and efficiencies.
      • Consult with CoLAB Lead to develop executive communications highlighting CoLAB performance, strategic plans, and growth opportunities.
      • Develop and communicate promotional materials for the CoLAB capability to support its growth and impact for brands and internal partners.
      • Be proactive in bringing forth ideas to improve external and internal processes and standardization.
      • Collaborate with other teams, such as Web, Global Service Center, Agency Operations, and broader Global Marketing Capabilities organization to ensure that the CoLAB capability is aligned with overall business objectives.

      Basic Qualifications

      Doctorate Degree

      Or

      Master’s Degree and 2 years of experience in content creation, content operations, and/or project management.

      Or

      Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of experience in content creation, content operations, and/or project management.

      Or

      Asociate's Degree and 8 years of experience in content creation, content operations, and/or project management.

      Or

      High School Diploma / GED and 10 years of experience in content creation, content operations, and/or project management.

      • Collaboration and influencing skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve goals and results in a highly matrixed environment
      • Ability to effectively present ideas and document complex concepts and processes in both written and oral communication
      • Experience and strong acumen in planning processes, including the use and application of current tools and frameworks
      • Established performance record with clear outcomes achieved
      • Exceptional project and time management skills
      • Very strong cross-functional collaboration skills
      • Excellent written, verbal and communication and presentation skills
      • Impeccable ethics and integrity and comfort operating in a highly regulated environment.

      95,623.00 USD - 127,926.00 USD
