- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or other health-related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of hospice or palliative care experience preferred.
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience required.
- Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health records.
- Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of organizational objectives.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Position Summary:
T he Manager of Inpatient Services oversees the Inpatient Care Center (HICC), is responsible for ensuring high quality care to patients and families on the Inpatient Unit, facilitating positive collaboration with referral sources and community partners, and providing overall unit leadership and management. Involved in daily management of the HICC Unit, participates in patient care and coordinates and oversees daily operations. Manages community relationships and collaborates with outreach staff in performing marketing and outreach initiatives. Maintains knowledge and compliance with organizational policies, state and federal regulations and accreditation standards pertaining to hospice care and develops policies and procedures that guide the provision of care and services. Assures utilization of performance improvement principles and practices. Interacts with other Hosparus Health community leaders and Clinical Managers and with Hosparus Health support departments to achieve Inpatient Unit and organizational goals.Position Qualifications:
