      Summary:

      The Manager of Mill Service main responsibilities are to significantly grow Mill Services for Fiber Systems. The Manager of Mill Service will visit customers during their normal operations and maintenance downs to provide technical and supervisory oversite to our Mill Services Team and commercial support in coordination with Regional Sales Managers, Product Support Specialists, Repair Operations, Agreement Managers, and Product Management.

      Responsibilities :

      • Provide a safe work environment for all employees
      • Grow Mill Services to match the business plan
      • Grow Disk Filter Business to match the business plan
      • Coordinate Mill Service activities associated with the Repair business with operations and group Service Managers
      • 5S in work areas
      • Reviews of direct employees and Payroll

      Requirements :

      • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

      • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
      • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
      • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

      Education and Experience:

      • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent and 10 plus years of paper industry experience
      • Mechanical aptitude
      • SAP experience a plus

      Physical Requirements:

      • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
      • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
