      Description

      Seeking a dynamic and analytical candidate to join a fast-paced and high-growth environment. The

      ideal candidate will be highly skilled in data analysis, enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams,

      and possess interest in day-to-day ownership and management of a product portfolio.

      The candidate will lead marketplace performance tracking across channels, with a primary focus on

      CPG, to inform strategic decision-making and identify areas of growth across product platforms.

      The candidate will also have product ownership over products with principal distribution in Cafe,

      Wholesale and e-Comm (Draft Latte On Tap and Roasted), leading commercialization and assortment

      strategy across cross-functional teams.

      This role sits on the Product Strategy and Marketing team responsible for identifying and shaping

      product platform-driven opportunities for growth as well as assessing in-market performance. It is a

      great fit for candidates early in their CPG careers seeking to grow their experience on an emerging

      brand across diverse channels (CPG, Cafe, eComm, B2B) or for those with strong analytical

      backgrounds looking to transition to careers in CPG and/or Marketing.

      YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

      Data Analysis & Reporting (70%)

      · Develop and maintain performance dashboard to track CPG performance for the brand,

      category, and competitors across RTD segments and pack sizes (Single-Serve, Multi-

      Pack and Multi-Serve)

      · Conduct strategic ad-hoc analysis to assess marketplace dynamics and identify areas of

      growth, opportunity, and risks

      · Track holistic cross-channel performance through the development of product

      performance dashboards that include Cafe & DTC metrics (sourced from Shopify, Square)

      Brand Ownership (20%)

      · Act as Product Lead for Roasted coffee and Draft Latte On Tap, advocating for content creation, briefing Brand Activation and Creative teams on creative and content development to drive awareness and trial

      · Own management of Roasted product launch and marketing calendar in partnership with Brand Activation to advise Operations channel leads

      · Lead day-to-day management of Roasted coffee including partnership with Roasting and fulfillment Product Commercialization (10%)

      · Lead creative development of Roasted small-batch seasonal program (Single Origins, Blends) and partnership collaborations

      · Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Roasting, Cafe Operations, Supply Chain, R&D and Marketing to ensure Roasted commercialization projects adhere to aggressive timelines

      COMPENSATION

      · Salary $95k to $110k

      · Bonus Potential: 20%

      · Year 1 PTO: 15 Days

      Qualifications


      WHAT YOU WILL NEED

      Requirements

      · 3+ years of demonstrated experience analyzing large data sets, ideally in CPG (Brand

      Management, Category Management, Insights)

      · Demonstrated ability to visualize, track and synthesize performance insights

      · Ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment across multiple business channels

      · Strong communication skills with ability to transform complex questions into concise answers

      · Highly collaborative and positive, with experience working on cross-functional teams

      Preferred

      · Fluency in POS and panel data: IRI/Circana, Nielsen, Numerator

      · Fluency in Tableau, Excel, Powerpoint or other data visualization tools

      · MBA / advanced degree or background in Management Consulting, Financial Services

      · Curiosity, agility and sense of humor strongly preferred
