- Conduct or assist with internal and external program audits, chart reviews and/or internal investigations related to unusual incidents and adherence to agency Practices & Procedures (P&P) or as requested by contract or funding monitors.
- Assist in creating corrective action plans for Directors and Program Managers related to concerns found in the case file and program reviews. And monitor the progress of the action plans for completion.
- Provide guidance and technical assistance to ADA data entry staff within assigned programs.
- Work with Manager of Homeless Management Information System (HIMS), Database Entry Staff and program representatives to meet programmatic expectations regarding maintenance of the HIMS and other client information database and contract reporting requirements.
- Monitor HHS Training Credentials & Licenses and Trainings tracker and assist Program Directors, Program Managers and Supervisors to meet contract and agency requirements. Conduct monthly audits of this tracker and develop necessary corrective actions as needed.
- Provides weekly clinical supervision for licensed social work staff across all Permanent Housing Programs.
- Masters degree in Human/Social Services, Public Health or related field.
- Social work degrees, social work licensure in the appropriate jurisdiction is required.
- Professional Counseling degrees, professional counseling licensure in appropriate jurisdiction is required.
- Experience working in program quality assurance position, contract monitor and/or program performance and planning improvement specialist.
- 3 years providing clinical supervision to human services workers.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to make objective decisions timely and effectively.

JOB SUMMARY: The Manager of Quality Assurance provides compliance and quality assurance support to Homeless and Housing Services (HHS) programs. The position conducts research; analyzes data; records and reviews case management and some programmatic standards according to best practice, contract compliance, agency, and COA standards, and assists programs with systematic implementation of practice or protocol changes required by contracts or best practice standards. The Manager of Quality Assurance works with the Director of Shelter Case Management and the Director of Quality Assurance to achieve quality standards across the entire department.
