- Analyzing service delivery and/or internal processes and recommending improvements
- Implementing plans and process improvements for administrative workflow
- Coordinating tasks for projects and other strategic initiatives with stakeholders
- Monitoring department budget to ensure expenditures remain within budgeted allocations
- Acting as the first point of contact for program-related enquiries
- Liaising with service provider to coordinate the resolution of technical/administrative issues
- Ensuring contracts and agreements are consistent with University standards and guidelines
- Coordinating meeting schedules, agendas, materials, action and follow-up items
- Bachelor's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.
- Minimum five years working in student support services at the post-secondary level
- Solid experience in managing administrative processes and developing standard operating documents
- Experience with budget management and University financial processes
- Demonstrated experience with ROSI, CRM (Salesforce) and other records management systems
- Solid interpersonal, intercultural and customer service skills, including the ability to deal with sensitive and confidential matters
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Must possess the ability to relate to students, colleagues and external stakeholders in a manner which builds trust and confidence
- Prior experience working in a student services office
- Prior experience working with Graduate Business students and familiarity with the unique needs of students in a professional program

The Office of Student Engagement supports these MBA students through offering a holistic range of activities designed to encouragepersonal and professional development that include Student Advising, Mental Health and Wellness and Student Engagement.
The Office Manager, Office of Student Engagement is part of an innovative, dynamic and collaborative team committed to delivering a transformational student experience. In this role you will support the success of the Office of Student Engagement through providing administrative, event, program and financial support for the Full-Time and Morning Evening MBA programs. Working closely with colleagues in OSE, across Rotman and the university, this role ensures processes are in place and operationalized to support the effective management of key OSE initiatives designed to support student success.
