Our Delivery programs are a critical part of our business growth, and the Manager, Operations (Delivery Territory Manager), will collaborate with a high-energy team to build new products, processes, and services to fulfill the delivery space that will scale across the country.

What the Delivery Territory Manager will do in short…
• Support the customer, associate, and driver at a hyper local scale for all Fulfillment initiatives, projects, and tests.
• Support the Delivery Network Manager with implementation of new innovations, operational efficiencies, and delivery network performance by touring with market team members, facilitating training on key initiatives, and analyzing reports.
• Proactively Problem solve for driver supply, review Root Cause Analysis using data and field insights and escalate findings to leadership and stakeholders
• This is a tactical role and will require travel to conduct store level demographic/geographic evaluations of locations/traffic/businesses and provide real-time field support of stores/field partners
• The role is a remote role with no office provided. DTM will be provided the resources needed to do the job. No company car provided as we primarily use rental cars.
• Reports directly to Delivery Network Manager.
You’ll sweep us off our feet if:
• You have experience in Field Ops/Online Grocery/Multi-unit/ Project Management.
• You’re detail oriented and analytical with ability to deep-dive problem areas.
• You have excellent relationship building skills and understand how to influence in a matrix organization.
• You have a deep knowledge of the gig industry.
• You’re action oriented with strong execution skills and operations skillset.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Store operations experience and/or gig economy experience.
• Computer savvy with data analysis and reporting skills to visualize and interpret data. (Ex: Tableau, Excel)
