- Lead the setup, QA, and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring alignment with client KPIs
- Collaborate with Associates to guide task execution and ensure campaign success
- Provide mentorship and support to Associates, fostering campaign knowledge and excellence
- Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders through timely updates and performance insights
- Build and nurture relationships with key social media platform partners to drive growth
- Analyze campaign data to extract insights and contribute to strategic POVs
- Assist in the development and execution of media plans that exceed client expectations
- Stay current with platform updates, trends, and best practices in the social media landscape
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with paid social media platforms
- Solid understanding of paid media fundamentals
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data interpretation
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance capabilities
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, with high integrity and a proactive mindset

Job Description:
The Manager, Paid Social is responsible for leading the implementation, execution, and performance optimization of paid social media campaigns. This role involves hands-on campaign management, data analysis, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign excellence and alignment with client objectives.

The hourly pay range for this position is $ 37.50 - $ 60.82. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
