      Key Accountabilities:

      HR Technology & Reporting Tool – 50%

      • Develop KFC Global’s people insights and technology three-year strategy and roadmap in partnership with Digital
      • Manage KFC HRIS optimization project, including Oracle data integrity, integrations and upgrades for international use
      • Manage KFC Global’s people data visualization project through Domo dashboard development with Digital team to implement for BMUs
      • Lead mentoring technology tool identification and implementation in partnership with EIB team
      • Serve as thought partner for the learning team on the learning technology stack, including leveraging xAPI data from Learning Record Store with Domo reporting visualization
      • Serve as thought partner with talent team on Applicant Tracking System optimization
      • Lead identification and piloting of technology to support our future of work strategy

      Talent Data & Insights – 25%

      • Partner with talent and EIB to create a People Global Scorecard to track representation and inclusion indicators, using predictable models
      • Run talent analytics to support talent & people processes and provide insights and data in a compelling and engaging way
      • Review development goals and talent data for High Potential global talent and GM bench candidates and provide trends and insights into common themes
      • Use qualitative and quantitative data to assess the ROI of Executive Leadership Programs
      • Partner with talent team to provide talent data for Mid-Year People Planning Review and End of Year calibrations, including workforce planning on items like bench strength, global female/URP bench, high-potential bench and distributions, etc.

      Organizational Development Analysis – 25%

      • Analyse employee engagement data for new global restaurant EX program and Restaurant Support Center annual engagement and inclusion surveys
      • Lead the gathering of data for CSR reports, partnering with BMUs to collect relevant input
      • Review and draw correlations from Leadership surveys/assessments in order to identify solutions to improve coach capability
