- Develop and implement targeted training and education that enables the local Sonova Audiological Care representatives to engage with existing and new professional target audiences
- Physician awareness, outreach and training activities with a focus on ENTs, ENT nurses, GPs and front desk staff
- Support existing and new markets with planning and execution of ongoing training and events and, the systems and tools required to do so
- Provide coaching and teaching to audiologists regarding physician relationship building
- Train HCPs on the use of our in store software platform build, manage and leverage their Physician database and customers
- Create targeted, innovative awareness and educational toolkits and solutions for ENTs, ENT nurses, assistants and physician front desk staff
- Create a continuous funnel of relevant training, educational and other content to support physician engagement, enhance medicalization and brand reputation
- Work closely with the central PE team on developing integrated communication and content plans that support the achievement of overall PE objectives
- Interface and collaborate closely with the Knowledge Management team at Sonova Audiological Care and Sonova to secure training and educational plans towards AC markets are aligned in terms of timing, workload and content and, that efficiencies in terms of content development are leveraged
- University degree in audiology or equivalent field of study – degree in business or sales is an advantage
- At least 5 years of experience in Audiology with experience from healthcare training, education and physician engagement – experience from sales or marketing roles is an advantage
- Experience in managing interdisciplinary teams and projects
- Ability to develop audiological, educational and counselling training materials
- Ability to cultivate meaningful interactions with professionals and HCPs across all levels of the organization
- Ability to inspire and motivate peers and colleagues
- Ability to support and understand the needs of the Group Companies and to summarize and adapt to feedback
- Ability to develop and implement integrated solutions across functional divisions
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
In this role, you are responsible for developing and implementing training, education and content for our Physician Engagement (PE) program globally in order to drive the number of referring physicians, quality of referrals and brand reputation.
This role can only be filled in either Rotterdam or Brussels. Nevertheless, we encourage applicants from around the globe to apply, if they are willing to relocate.
