      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Pre-Sales Product Specialists, providing guidance and ongoing support
      - Collaborate with Sales and Success teams to align content strategies with market priorities
      - Customize sales presentations and pilot implementations to meet state and regional needs
      - Support the team in delivering effective sales presentations and presales activities
      - Monitor educational trends to adapt strategies and ensure team success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 5 years of teaching, coaching, or pre-sales experience, including 1 year of management experience
      - Strong presentation and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
      - Deep understanding of educational curricula and district-level priorities
      - Proficiency with or alignment to the employer's instructional design and pedagogy
      - Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
